Push ups x10

 

High knees 30 secs

 

Squats x20

 

High knees 30 secs

 

Tricep dips x15

 

High knees 30 secs

 

Lunges x15 each leg

 

High knees 30 secs

 

2 mins rest

 

Repeat for 3-5 rounds depending on fitness levels.
